A Family Run Company
Happy Wanderers Cattle is a family run company with both elements of farming and butchering beef. We take great pride in our product making sure you receive the best quality meat for your family.
Sarah raises cattle up in 100 Mile House where she takes your orders and also raise the bulk of the herd. In Langley father George Walter raises cattle on different properties throughout the Lower Mainland. Langley is also where George owns his processing plant, Walters Exotic Meats, here is where we cut and package our beef.
Although new to farming we have both come to love and respect it. We treat our animals with the utmost care and attention. All our cows are pasture fed in the spring and summer and then fed hay bales in the fall/winter seasons. This means our cows are grass fed, no pesticides and hormone free.
At the ranch in 100 Mile House we make sure to make the most of our resources. That is why we use our creek to supply our cattle with fresh water year round!
